Camp ENERGY - Teen Obesity Prevention @ Camp Victory, Millville, PA.
WHEN: Two Weekends - May 14-16 and October 2

WHO: Eligible Teens Ages 14-17 > 85th% BMI (height/weight for age) with a parent willing to attend Friday night KICKOFF and Sunday noon SENDOFF
LIMIT: To the first 16 campers who register

Camp Application
Medical Form
Campers will participate in two weekends filled with fun outdoor and indoor physical activities, healthy cooking & eating and educational sessions to learn "how to" make healthy lifestyle changes. They will eat & help prepare well-balanced teen-friendly meals and healthy snacks.
Geisinger physicians will provide medical supervision for Camp Energy. All campers will have 24-hour access to a camp nurse for medical and health needs.
Camp ENERGY is being funded by grants from the Geisinger Foundation and the Geisinger Women's Auxiliary. There is a $50 co-pay for campers.
